Chepang community and Siraichuli Hill Trek Novc 2011

Community and homestay!

sunny 20 °C

The four days to Chepang and Siraichuli hill was a fantastic short trek in low hill that was done in Nov 2011. Starting a trek from the road to the high peak of Siraichuli 1945m, which was great to be there for spectacular mountain views and the the valley in the south. The mountain stretching from Dhaulagiri to Gaurishankar was amazing sights.

The culture of the people specially Chepang was a great experience, with the historic fort of Gadi before going down to Chitwan valley is really wonderful.

The area also has very intact nature and so much of birdlife , making a natural paradise before Gadi.
